Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment
We are committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We continuously work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
What We Do
We take the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Semantic HTML — We use proper heading structures, landmarks, and semantic elements so screen readers can navigate our content effectively
- Color Contrast — All text meets WCAG AA contrast ratio requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- Keyboard Navigation — All interactive elements (links, buttons, forms, menus) are fully operable using keyboard alone
- Focus Indicators — Visible focus outlines are displayed on all interactive elements when navigating with a keyboard
- Alternative Text — All meaningful images include descriptive alt text for screen reader users
- Form Labels — All form inputs have associated labels and clear error messages
- Responsive Design — The site adapts to different screen sizes and works well at up to 200% zoom
- RTL Support — Full right-to-left language support for Arabic and Hebrew users
- Consistent Navigation — Navigation is consistent across all pages with clear, predictable patterns
- Motion and Animation — We respect the "prefers-reduced-motion" system setting and minimize animations accordingly
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of the website may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some older product images may lack descriptive alt text — we are working to update these
- Third-party embedded content (social media feeds, payment forms) may not fully meet our accessibility standards
- PDF documents (invoices, receipts) may have limited accessibility — HTML alternatives are being developed
Assistive Technologies We Test With
We test our website with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Browser zoom up to 200%
- High contrast mode
